Crypto exchange Binance has announced support for Live Trading, a new feature that would make trading easier for Binance Square users. Binance Square is a social network with a reported 30+ million active users. With the live trading feature, users can now watch the livestream of expert traders on Binance Square to improve their trading skills. Besides offering some of the best coins to trade, the new feature puts Binance at the forefront of crypto innovation. Binance aims to increase community participation with this feature.
Live Trading to Reward Creators on Binance
The Live Trading feature blurs the line between learning, watching, and trading as it changes how traders interact with content and the crypto market in real time. At its core, Live Trading provides key market insights to users. With this, users can now tune into a livestream on Binance Square and watch the trading strategies of more experienced traders and execute their own spot or futures trades directly on the stream.
Live Trading is designed to make trading more accessible, interactive, and engaging. It’s a natural evolution of Binance Square. We want to create a seamless experience for users to act on insights in real time, while also opening up new opportunities for creators to share strategies, build trust, and grow their impact,” says Jeff Li, Binance’s Head of Product.
Live Trading caters to both users and creators. For users, each session features a strategy card pinned by the creator. Through this, users can access insights such as trade pair, order size, and direction. The goal, according to Binance, is to make trading easy and actionable for anyone. Live Trading caters to beginners learning to trade and seasoned traders seeking to refine their strategies.
Additionally, the Live Trading feature provides traders with a new way to earn and learn. As per an official announcement, verified traders with 1,000+ followers can display up to 100 previous trades per session, and earn up to 50% commission on any viewer who follows their strategy on any trade. While traders with 1,000+ followers may enjoy more perks, creators with less followers can participate by applying to the Binance Square Incubator Program.
Binance confirms that the feature goes live on both website and mobile from May 26, 2025.
